- Before you call, please check out the website to understand the types of services we provide and what we don’t (we do not do general wellness, emergency, surgery). We won’t be returning voice messages inquiring about services we don’t provide.
- Dr. Rider is either driving or with a patient, pretty much during all business hours. You will need to leave a message if you want assistance. But again, the contact form or an email is better.
- We understand that for some people with disabilities, it can be difficult to fill out on-line forms, etc. We welcome you to leave a message, we will return in-home euthanasia inquiries first, and established clients within 24 hours.
- Vague messages asking us to “call you” cannot be returned.
Our pet hospice and in-home euthanasia services provide compassionate care in your home. We specialize in geriatric medicine, providing palliative & hospice care, and in-home euthanasia for pets in the Quad City area.
